Leadership Development Program

The role available is a full-time on-site position within the Leadership Development Program at JNST- Youth Speaker in Lucknow. As a part of this role, you will be tasked with creating and overseeing programs targeted towards youth, organizing leadership training sessions, and reaching out to involve young individuals in our various projects. You will work in cooperation with colleagues, mentors, and external partners to guarantee the effectiveness of the program. Your daily responsibilities will involve assessing program performance, generating reports, and introducing enhancements continually. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical abilities for evaluating and enhancing programs. Excellent communication skills are crucial for interactions with youth and stakeholders. Proficiency in Software Development and Programming is essential for executing tech-based initiatives. Sales skills will be beneficial in promoting and broadening the influence of our programs. Collaborative work with a diverse team is a key aspect of this position. Prior involvement in leadership roles or youth-centered projects will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Education, Psychology, or Management is preferred.,
