Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end deployment of ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge technical knowledge with business processes to ensure a smooth rollout, user adoption, and system optimisation. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Customize and configure ERP, CRM, and HRM modules according to client needs. Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity across systems. Training & Support Provide training sessions for users and administrators. Develop user manuals and training materials. Offer on-site or remote support during and after go-live. Project Coordination Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for requirements gathering. Create and manage project timelines and deliverables. Monitor project milestones and report on progress. Technical Liaison Work closely with developers to implement custom features or integrations. Assist in API integrations with third-party systems (e.g., accounting, payroll, attendance). Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and handle issue resolution. Continuous Improvement Gather user feedback and propose system improvements. Monitor system performance and recommend updates or optimizations. Stay updated with the latest features in ERP/CRM/HRM tools. Required Skills: Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Production, etc.) Familiarity with CRM processes (Leads, Sales, Campaigns, Support) Experience in HRM systems (Payroll, Attendance, Performance, Recruitment) Knowledge of implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability Understanding of relational databases and SQL is a plus Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 2 to 7 years of experience in ERP/CRM/HRM implementation or business analysis Experience with tools like Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or similar platforms Certification in ERP or project management (optional but preferred)
