Lead/Architect DotNet Fullstack Developer

As a Lead/Architect DotNet Fullstack Developer with 9-12 years of experience based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using modern web technologies and frameworks. Your expertise in Dot net, C#, .Netcore, Angular, MVC, Web API, MySQL/SQL Server, AWS/Azure, Design Patterns, and Architecture will be crucial in ensuring the success of the projects. Your primary role will involve end-to-end architecture experience, hands-on work with front-end technologies including Angular, and providing custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, Dot net core, SQL Server, and other advanced components of Microsoft technology. You will be expected to ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality to deliver efficient and well-documented code. ### Key Responsibilities: - Mentoring and guiding junior developers within the team. - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. - Developing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular (version 8+). - Integrating front-end applications with back-end APIs and services. - Working on databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL. - Participating in requirements gathering and analysis. - Translating business needs into technical specifications. - Conducting thorough testing. - Deploying applications on cloud platforms like Azure. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders. - Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks. - Implementing optimization techniques. - Monitoring application performance to identify areas for improvement. ### Qualifications Required: - 9-12 years of experience in DotNet Fullstack development. - Strong expertise in Dot net, C#, .Netcore, Angular, MVC, Web API, MySQL/SQL Server, AWS/Azure, Design Patterns, and Architecture. - Experience in end-to-end architecture. - Hands-on experience with front-end technologies including Angular. - Proficiency in custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, Dot net core, SQL Server. - Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. - Experience in agile methodologies and ceremonies. - Understanding of performance optimization techniques.,
