Job Description

As a User Experience Lead at UST, you will be expected to have a disruptive approach to design that combines empathy for users and an understanding of business. Your role will involve quick visioning, lateral thinking, and the ability to articulate design effectively. It is essential to be open and flexible to appreciate ideas from various sources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and leading design engagement with UX Strategy, Conceptualisation, User Journeys, Information Architecture, Prototyping & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions - Identifying opportunities to create business value and enhance user experience based on research - Collaborating with other design leads, strategists, and researchers to achieve project objectives - Developing user profiles, conducting task analysis, creating user scenarios, and leading persona/segmentation development - Facilitating user scenario planning sessions and design thinking workshops - Leading tracks of creative work/projects, collaborating with the engineering team, and ensuring designs meet quality standards - Leading participatory design/user testing sessions, presenting findings & recommendations, and mentoring the design team members Qualifications required for this role: - Masters/bachelors degree in design discipline - 5+ years of industry experience - Online portfolio showcasing abilities across a wide range of platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience with rapid prototyping and proficiency with latest design tools and techniques - Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams - Knowledge or experience of working in agile methodology is a plus - Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and familiarity with front-end development/technologies are advantageous In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues globally, develop skills in a diverse portfolio, design solutions for complex business use cases, and participate in new initiatives and practice development.
