Job Description

As a UX Design Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of designers - Understanding user needs through various research methodologies - Designing workflows and interaction flows based on user needs - Prototyping and testing visual designs and interactions - Producing wireframes, mock-ups, and collaborating with developers to implement them into working software - Applying problem-solving skills and considering technical constraints and limitations for desktop, mobile, Android, and iOS platforms - Synthesizing user, technical, and design requirements into highly usable applications - Creating clean, maintainable, and well-documented mockups - Ensuring quality work and promoting a Quality First Time approach Key Skill Requirements: - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in UX design - Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and understand challenges - Experience in client-side delivery - Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Suite - Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and optimization skills - Understanding of responsive website design principles - Full-time degree in Design or a related field Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: - A keen sense of user interface/experience - Experience in communicating design ideas effectively to developers - Familiarity with issue tracking systems like Remedy or Jira Feel free to apply if you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on this challenging role in UX design management.,
