Lead UI/UX Developer

As a UI/UX Lead at Medocity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design landscape across web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with senior management and product teams, you will create user-friendly products and websites to enhance the overall user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and lead the design efforts within the product organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create UI mockups, flow diagrams, and final designs for both web and mobile platforms. - Apply strategic thinking to deliver innovative user experiences that align with user needs, business goals, and technological constraints. - Define product requirements and deliver detailed design specifications, mockups, and prototypes to the product teams. - Advocate for best practices in web interaction design focusing on consistency and usability. - Develop rapid prototypes to serve as a blueprint for technical development. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-8 years of experience in Visual & Interaction Design with a strong collaboration background with Developers. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Expertise in Mobile First and Responsive web design. - Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation. - Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. - Strong knowledge of User Interface workflow modeling. - Previous experience in Visual Design and/or User Interface Engineering is highly preferred.
