Lead- Technical support

As a Lead with 10-14 years of experience in serialization and vision inspections on packaging lines, your key responsibilities will include: - Recruit, onboard, and provide comprehensive training for support staff. - Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and feedback for performance management. - Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and skilled support team for employee development. - Manage staff scheduling, resources, and arrive at shift schedules for scheduling and resources management. - Ensure the efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and issues for overseeing daily operations. - Implement strategies to improve and ensure high-quality support services, enhancing the overall customer experience for customer satisfaction. Nice to have qualifications include extensive knowledge of serialization standards, regulations, and GMP. Line provisioning knowledge is preferred for this role.
