As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be anchoring below responsibilities: Design and implement business roles for secure and efficient access management by analyzing data for role discovery and identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts. Engage with business users at various levels to understand their needs and streamline access provisioning, while driving activities with Line of Business (LoB) and Solution Managers to emphasize the importance of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient access management. Collaborate with the IAM Product Management team to drive continuous improvement and development of RBAC through automation, while monitoring role changes to ensure the system remains secure and efficient. Manage and maintain business roles in collaboration with role owners and solution managers, while working with the operations team to drive RBAC services such as onboarding, modification, and off-boarding of roles. Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, or related fields. Overall 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with relevant 5+Years in SailPoint IIQ. Strong expertise in Access control methods like Role-based access control (RBAC) and Attribute-based access control (ABAC). Possess strong expertise in role mining, with a deep understanding of analyzing user access patterns. Experience on IAM systems and tools, such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory or similar platforms (Good to have).
