About the Department Global Identity Access Management (GIAM) department is part of Global Information Security (GIS) in Digital, Data, and IT (DDIT). You will be part of IAM community with colleagues located primarily in India and Denmark. Our team consists of leading experts in handling various IAM tools, technologies, processes and governance. The GIAM-function is working on maintaining and improving the current IAM-model in Novo Nordisk while transforming it by providing a modernised model that seamlessly adapts to the evolving needs of our organisation and its users. By prioritising speed, security and scalability, we aim to deliver an IAM framework that empowers both internal and external users with effortless access to resources while ensuring robust protection of data. The Position As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be anchoring below responsibilities: Design and implement business roles for secure and efficient access management by analyzing data for role discovery and identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts. Engage with business users at various levels to understand their needs and streamline access provisioning, while driving activities with Line of Business (LoB) and Solution Managers to emphasize the importance of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient access management. Collaborate with the IAM Product Management team to drive continuous improvement and development of RBAC through automation, while monitoring role changes to ensure the system remains secure and efficient. Manage and maintain business roles in collaboration with role owners and solution managers, while working with the operations team to drive RBAC services such as onboarding, modification, and off-boarding of roles. Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in information technology, or related fields. Overall 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with relevant 5+Years in SailPoint IIQ. Strong expertise in Access control methods like Role-based access control (RBAC) and Attribute-based access control (ABAC). Possess strong expertise in role mining, with a deep understanding of analyzing user access patterns. Experience on IAM systems and tools, such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory or similar platforms (Good to have).
