Lead-Strategic Partnership

Role Overview: You will be spearheading Strategic Partnerships for a premier education provider specializing in global commerce and finance. With a legacy of 22+ years and students across India and abroad, your role will involve shaping the future of higher education collaborations, distribution channels, and student career opportunities in India. You will be based in Mumbai and working from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Key Responsibilities: - Forge strategic tie-ups with colleges, universities, and brand employers for launching integrated programs across India. Co-create academic collaborations, MoUs, and long-term growth initiatives under Institutional Partnerships. - Build and manage distribution channels across multiple Indian markets to scale program outreach. Identify emerging markets and deploy strategies to strengthen presence for Distribution & Market Expansion. - Establish employer tie-ups for student internships and employment opportunities post program completion. Develop strong relationships with industry leaders to ensure corporate partnerships for placements within Employer & Placement Partnerships. - Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities for inorganic growth. Drive synergies with like-minded education and training providers for Growth & Acquisitions. - Represent Synthesis Learning at industry forums, education conclaves, and corporate roundtables to strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the higher education and finance training ecosystem under Brand Building & Representation. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5+ years in Strategic Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development within the Higher Education or Commerce/Education ecosystem. - Proven track record of building institutional, corporate, or employer partnerships. - Strong understanding of the commerce, finance, and higher education market in India. - Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive large-scale initiatives.
