*Take the Leap into an Incredible Opportunity* Position: Lead Software Engineer/AEM Developer (C2H) Location: Pune, India Mode of Work: Hybrid *Experience Required: -Overall Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in relevant fields. -Lead Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead role. *Primary Skills Required: -AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture. *Good to have Skills: JavaScript, CSS, and Angular. *Certifications: -Preferred AEM certification as an architect or developer is a good-to-have qualification. *Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days. Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead major software engineering projects and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. Ensure daily team activities meet SLA requirements. Collaborate with business and technical partners to identify opportunities and risks. Develop strategic technical plans and architecture proposals. Conduct research on current and upcoming technologies. Perform PoCs and assist in technology selection. Create detailed cost and time estimates for projects. Define and lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes. Mentor and guide team members throughout the SDLC. Ensure compliance with standards and audit requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the Financial Services sector. Advanced knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
