Lead Software Engineer - Python Frameworks

You will be required to have a clear understanding of high-level product descriptions or requirement documents and propose one or more software designs at the module level that are highly reusable components. It will be your responsibility to convert the design elements into structured code defined by the coding guidelines, writing unit test cases with the shift-left development approach. Additionally, you will need to document the software designs and code by working closely with the Architecture team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for one or more modules for the development and support of the project. You are expected to contribute to the planning and execution strategy with little supervision and ensure the delivery of the associated modules within the deadline while maintaining high quality. Collaboration with the team for the timely delivery of products will be crucial. You should be open to working with different stakeholders like Product, Architecture, SRE, and Compliance team. An open mindset to work in a fast-paced evolving Product development environment is essential. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience in software development. A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, various design patterns, and software engineering principles is required. Hands-on experience in Python is a must, while Java is considered a good-to-have skill. Additionally, proficiency in Cloud platform technologies such as AWS/Azure, Serverless programming skills, React JS for UI development, SQL & NoSQL databases, and analytical and problem-solving skills are important. Familiarity with software development best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are key attributes for this role. Experience in any one of the Gateway (AWS/Azure) functionalities is considered a good-to-have skill.,
