Lead Software Engineer for AI Brand Compliance Platform

You will lead the architectural transformation of Evolphin's established Media Asset Management (MAM) platform from a hybrid, single-tenant system into a modern, multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This role requires a combination of deep technical leadership and strategic planning as you will be responsible for modernizing the existing platform and architecting the foundation for integrating advanced AI-powered brand consistency features. - Design and implement the modernization strategy for the existing Java-based MAM platform. - Architect scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support current and future capabilities. - Lead the architectural transformation from a hybrid single-tenant system to a cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS solution. - Create migration paths and tools to assist current enterprise customers in transitioning from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployment in the cloud. - Integrate AI-powered brand consistency features from the Crop.photo brand. - Establish architectural patterns for the decomposition of existing monolithic components into microservices. - Lead the development of cloud-native services using a modern tech stack including Java, Node.js, and React. - Guide the team in implementing industry best practices for cloud-native development. - Collaborate with product management to balance technical debt reduction with feature delivery. - 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading complex platform transformations. - Proven track record of modernizing enterprise applications to cloud-native architectures. - Deep expertise in both traditional enterprise and modern cloud development, including Java enterprise application development, modern backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Go), cloud-native development patterns and practices, RESTful API design and implementation, and strong AWS platform expertise. - Strong experience with media processing pipelines, infrastructure as code, system design & architecture, leadership, and communication skills.,
