Lead Software Engineer Architect

Role: Lead Engineer, AI SaaS Platform

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Lead Engineer to manage the technical direction and execution of our core AI SaaS platform. This is a crucial role that demands a strong background in modern cloud architecture and AI/ML deployment, as well as excellent leadership skills to mentor and technically steer a high-performing engineering team.

You will be the technical anchor for the team, responsible for architecture, code quality, deployment efficiency, and the overall technical health of the application, while also serving as a key motivator and mentor for your colleagues.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of industry experience in software development, with significant time spent in a senior or lead technical capacity building a SaaS product.

Expert-level proficiency with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.

Strong background in the architecture and deployment of AI/ML applications, particularly those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques. Experience fine-tuning foundation models and developing deep research systems against a domain knowledge base is desirable.
