Lead / Senior Engineer Offshore Pipeline Engineer

Role Overview: As a Lead/Senior Engineer in Offshore Pipeline Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and executing offshore rigid pipeline engineering activities across Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering. Your role will involve delivering hands-on technical work, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with DNV standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform and review all offshore rigid pipeline engineering tasks as per DNV-OS-F101 - Prepare Basis of Design, design calculations, and engineering documents - Conduct route selection & optimization studies - Design wall thickness, expansion analysis, and on-bottom stability using DNV-RP-F109 with StableLines - Perform free-span analysis using DNV-RP-F105 with FatFree - Design cathodic protection as per DNV-RP-F103 - Handle pipeline crossing design using CAESAR II - Analyze seabed interaction & roughness using SAGE Profile/ABAQUS - Conduct riser flexibility, VIV & fatigue analysis - Engage in installation engineering using OffPipe/OrcaFlex - Perform UHB & lateral buckling analysis with ABAQUS FEM - Prepare technical reports, calculation files & summaries - Lead and mentor pipeline engineers & designers - Assign tasks, ensure quality checks, and support resource planning - Attend technical meetings, resolve design issues, and coordinate with other disciplines - Review & approve pipeline-related drawings and documentation - Ensure QA/QC compliance and maintain high safety standards Qualification Required: - Minimum 15 years of offshore rigid pipeline experience - Strong knowledge of DNV, API, ASME, BS standards - FEED & Detailed Engineering experience - Ability to lead teams, perform hands-on engineering, and possess excellent communication & analytical skills Software Proficiency: - DNV StableLines - DNV FatFree - CAESAR II - SAGE Profile - OffPipe/OrcaFlex - ABAQUS (FEM) - Mathcad, MS Office,
