Description
As an Infrastructure Reviewer at the company, your role involves reviewing the design and Enterprise architecture of the Infrastructures. You will guide the Skill teams and Infrastructure owners on the organizational policies and procedures of risk management. It will be your responsibility to review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy and monitor the obsolescence status of Infrastructures. Additionally, you will be required to assess the quality of documentation including Availability, Standard, and Freshness. In case of any discrepancies or compliance issues, reporting to the Risk Manager/Authorities will be essential. Your analysis of Incidents will help identify if they are due to resiliency/obsolescence or insufficient documentation. Other responsibilities include participating in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities, conducting planned/unplanned internal audits, facilitating & tracking remediation & corrective action plans, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting in collecting the Risk Management KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Review the design & Enterprise architecture of the Infrastructures - Guide the Skill teams / Infrastructure owners on organizational policies & procedures of risk management - Review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy - Review the obsolescence status of Infrastructures in line with the organizational policy - Review the quality of documentation (Availability, Standard, Freshness) - Report discrepancies / compliance issues to Risk Manager/Authorities - Analyse Incidents to identify resiliency/obsolescence or insufficient documentation causes - Participate in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities - Conduct planned/unplanned internal audits - Facilitate & track remediation & corrective action plans - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives - Assist in collecting the Risk Management KPIs Qualifications Required: - Expert level Infrastructure knowledge in at least one core technology of GTS (Server/Storage/Middleware/Network/DWS) - Good knowledge of full stack of Infrastructure and its interdependencies - Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management - Significant practical experience in BCP and DR activities - Strong understanding of IT risk assessment and management, especially for Infrastructure - Understanding IT Infrastructure component capacity - Prior experience in a large enterprise as an Infrastructure architect or specialist - Understanding of Private & various public cloud platforms is highly desirable The company encourages a positive impact on the future by empowering employees to create, dare, innovate, and take action.
