Job Description

As a Quality Specialist at LSEG in India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, inspecting, testing, and improving quality control measures, as well as developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Collaborating with various teams, developing quality plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will be key aspects of your role. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing quality standards by creating and maintaining quality control procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists. - Monitoring and auditing to ensure compliance with quality standards, conducting regular inspections, audits, and tests, and identifying areas for improvement. - Reviewing QOR from leads, documenting findings, and verifying QOR effectiveness. - Identifying and addressing quality issues by analyzing data, documenting defects, collaborating with other teams, and implementing corrective actions. - Maintaining quality records and reporting by keeping accurate records of testing and inspection results, creating audit reports, and providing quality reports to management. - Training and supporting staff on quality control practices, procedures, and standards. - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. - Involvement in creating and maintaining process documents related to quality assurance for COE / SOM. - Leading or participating in root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of quality issues. Required Skills: - Good knowledge of Sales Order Management. - Knowledge of Refinitiv products. - Openness to work in shifts.
