About the Role

Lead Python & Groovy Framework Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using
Python & Groovy
.
Build, enhance, and optimize test automation frameworks for browser engine and WebKit testing.
Drive quality processes across
CI/CD pipelines
with tools like
Appium, Git, and Pytest
.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.
Debug, analyze, and resolve issues while continuously improving testing efficiency.
Guide the team in
Agile best practices
and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in
Python, Groovy, Appium, Git, Pytest
.
Solid understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
and automation frameworks.
Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and browser engine testing.
Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and team leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
.
68 years
of experience in quality assurance/automation, with proven experience in
WebKit or browser engine testing
.
Demonstrated experience in
team leadership
and mentoring.
