Lead Python developer

Role Overview: As a Python Lead at Infobell IT, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Python developers. You will design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python. Additionally, you will manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments and work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring. Collaboration with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability, as well as driving best practices in coding, architecture, and security, will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Python developers. - Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python. - Manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments. - Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring. - Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability. - Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and security. Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). - Solid experience in Linux administration. - Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) deployment, scaling, troubleshooting. - Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
