Lead Python Developer (4+ years exp)

As a Lead Python Backend Developer at CodeChavo in Noida, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), programming, and databases. Your role will involve working closely with product, design, and business teams to understand product ideas and business needs, leading the development of backend services with high reliability and scalability, and taking complete ownership of design, architecture, development, and deployment phases. Collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial throughout the development process. You will be expected to set up best practices for development, advocate for their adoption, write quality documentation, handle conflicts effectively to build consensus, and continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance development efficiency. Additionally, mentoring team members and fostering team spirit will be key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess 4-7 years of strong programming expertise in Python Django and have experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Building highly scalable REST APIs, designing for performance, scalability, and availability, and developing service-oriented architecture are also essential requirements. Experience with cache-store or message broker technologies like Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka, as well as familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, will be advantageous.
