About The Role
We are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven Product Manager to own and scale the funnel for our co-branded credit cards, from first impression to first transaction. You will sit at the intersection of our platform, the partner brand's ecosystem and the issuing bank's systems, working with engineering, design, risk, compliance, operations and partner teams. Your mandate: grow acquisition, conversion and activation, while keeping CAC and portfolio quality firmly in check.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Management (Core Focus)
-
Own the end-to-end funnel: click, lead, eligibility, application, KYC, bank decisioning, approval, dispatch and activation.
-
Set stage-wise conversion targets and run weekly funnel reviews with business, partner and bank teams.
-
Diagnose drop-offs using funnel, cohort and session-level analysis, and turn insights into shipped fixes.
-
Work with the issuing bank on decision rules, rejection reasons and journey handoffs; reduce leakage in dual-issuer flows.
-
Drive activation and early engagement through dispatch tracking, first-transaction campaigns and welcome benefits.
-
Run A/B tests on journeys, copy and offers, and segment performance by channel, cohort and credit profile.
Product Strategy & Execution
-
Shape the roadmap and prioritization based on customer needs, partner objectives and business goals.
-
Own BRDs, PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; take features from ideation to launch with engineering and design.
-
Manage dependencies and launch readiness across brand partners, banks, risk, compliance and operations.
Co-branded Card & Partner Management
-
Understand the co-branded model: issuer and brand roles, rewards constructs, revenue share and fee structures.
-
Build compliant experiences covering RBI guidelines, data privacy and consent.
-
Manage API integration with banks, card networks, bureaus and KYC providers.
Analytics & Performance
-
Track lead-to-application conversion, approval rate, KYC completion, TAT, activation, FTU, revenue per card and portfolio quality.
-
Build and own funnel dashboards; measure the impact of every launch and keep iterating.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
-
2-3 years of product management experience in fintech, banking or financial services.
-
Hands-on experience with credit cards, preferably co-branded, or related domains (personal loans, digital lending, card/loan marketplaces).
-
Proven funnel ownership, with measurable impact on conversion, approval or activation.
-
Experience writing BRDs, PRDs and user stories, and familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations.
-
Excellent communication, cross-functional and partner management skills.
