We are hiring a Lead Product Designer User Interface & Product Design to guide the design of consumer-facing products across mobile and web platforms. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on craft and leadership, ensuring every product experience is intuitive, visually polished, and aligned with business goals.As a design leader, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate user needs into high-quality design solutions. Youll also mentor other designers and contribute to building a collaborative design culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Translate research insights and business requirements into elegant, usable solutions.
• Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web.
• Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Conduct usability testing and apply insights to refine user experiences.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to designers, raising the overall design standard.
