Lead Product Designer - Interaction & Experience Design

The Lead Product Designer position based in Bangalore is a hybrid role with a duration of 6 months, which may be extended based on requirements. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing interaction design across various products. Your primary focus will be on creating user-friendly and engaging experiences that simplify complex tasks for the users. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design of impactful user flows to ensure clarity and ease of use, developing interactive prototypes to validate concepts and enhance designs, collaborating with product managers and engineers to strike a balance between business requirements and usability, advocating for motion, micro-interactions, and feedback systems in design, mentoring junior designers on interaction and usability principles, and ensuring that design solutions prioritize accessibility and inclusivity. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5-7 years of experience in product design with a specialization in interaction design. You should have a proven track record of creating intuitive user-centered experiences and possess strong skills in prototyping tools like Figma, Principle, or Framer. Experience in working in agile, fast-paced environments and a portfolio demonstrating refined flows, prototypes, and interaction design craftsmanship are essential requirements for this role.
