Lead Power Platform Developer

You will be joining our team in a DevOps role focused on Power Platform with AI skills. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services. Ideally, you should have a strong background in software development with experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, and the ability to create solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. Your tasks will involve developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps, automating business processes and workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, and creating data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI. Additionally, you will work with Copilot Studio to build Copilots, utilize Azure AI services and Python data analytics skills, and leverage Azure Open AI and other Gen AI capabilities in the Azure cloud. Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions, integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications, and ensuring the scalability, maintainability, and security of solutions will be part of your role. You will also provide technical support and training to users, stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform, understand business processes and create process flow diagrams when required, analyze business problems, design technology solutions, and manage the solution through the full life cycle. Collaboration with project teams to develop, test, integrate, implement, and support solutions using RPA platforms will also be required. Responsibilities also include ensuring efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds, and overall code quality, as well as possessing good communication and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues independently. Availability to work in weekend and night shifts, having a Power Platform Certification, and knowledge of Python are considered as added advantages for this role.,
