Job Description

As a Lead (Application Engineering-Power Platform) at Tiger Analytics, you will be part of a global leader in AI and analytics, dedicated to helping Fortune 1000 companies tackle their toughest challenges. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft PowerApps, building interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI, and utilizing Python for data processing and automation scripts within the Power Platform solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions, maintain documentation, perform testing, and deploy high-quality solutions. Leveraging UiPath for RPA-related tasks can be an added advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps). - Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accurate data modeling and DAX calculations. - Utilize Python for data processing, automation scripts, and advanced analytics integration within Power Platform solutions. - Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for business process automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. - Maintain documentation, perform testing, and ensure high-quality deployments. - Leverage UiPath for RPA-related tasks (optional but desirable). Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in PowerApps: Canvas & Model-driven app development, formulas, and connectors. - Proficiency in Power BI: Data modeling, Power Query, DAX, report, and dashboard creation. - Experience with Python for data handling, automation scripts, and integration with Power Platform. - Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem including Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services. - Good problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of UiPath for building automation workflows using UiPath Studio. - Experience with RPA, API integrations, or enterprise automation tools. - Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD for Power Platform solutions.
