Job Description

-Roles:

Creative lead for photography assignments.
Mentor and guide for associate photographers.
Primary visual storyteller for client weddings.

Responsibilities:

Capture weddings with strong artistry, composition, and storytelling.
Lead
and manage the photography team during shoots.
Coordinate with cinematographers, planners, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Select and curate the best images for
editing.
Provide creative direction and feedback to the editing/post-production team to maintain brand style and consistency.
Uphold brand quality standards across all deliverables.
Train and mentor junior photographers in technical, creative, and client-handling skills.
Maintain professionalism and build rapport with clients throughout the wedding journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 - 4+ years in wedding/portrait photography.
• Strong portfolio in storytelling & editorial style.
• Skilled in natural light + flash setups.
• Leadership & team management experience.
• Excellent client communication.
• Strong eye for curation & brand consistency.
• Willing to travel extensively (India & abroad).
