The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architecting, designing, and developing enterprise solutions on MS Dynamics/Power Platform. Working with a global team, the role focuses on automating operational use-cases to increase efficiency and reduce risk for Operations users. Collaboration across infrastructure, business teams, and end users is essential.Experience: 7-12 YearsLocation:Bangalore| MumbaiMode of Work: HybridKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and business analysts to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and create an iterative delivery plan.Define architecture and design solutionsImplement Dynamics functionality iteratively with comprehensive unit and integration testingIntegrate external systems via Azure Logic Apps, handle data migration, and generate metrics/KPIsOversee setup, administration, and user training for Dynamics CEIntegrate AI Builder and CoPilot with DynamicsConfigure security settings for production and other non-prod environmentsSupport deployments and post-production activitiesLead and mentor a team of developersRequired Skills and Qualification:Experience: 710 years in Dynamics AX/D365 F&O technical development.Strong expertise in Finance Module within D365 F&O.Proficiency in X++, C#, SQL Server, SSRS, Data Entities, OData.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Power Automate, Logic Apps.Knowledge of solution architecture and API integration.Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and data migration.Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate (preferred).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Good to Have Skills:
