The ideal candidate for this role would be an MBA graduate with 1-5 years of experience, particularly in the Real Estate industry focusing on Channel Sales. You should be adaptable to the work culture of a fast-growing organization and possess excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. You must be capable of empathizing with customers, maintaining professionalism, displaying patience and politeness even in pressurized environments. Teamwork is essential for success in this role, and you should be able to collaborate effectively with minimal supervision. Strong oral communication skills are a must, as you will be required to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
