Lead Java Engineers & Solution Architects

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading as a Product Engineer and Solution Architect. Your primary job locations will be Cochin or Trivandrum. Your main responsibilities will include requirement analysis, building solutions, architecture & design, and coding. Key Responsibilities: - Create system use case documents - Create UML use case diagrams - Conduct impact analysis - Perform business process analysis and documentation - Create solutions using existing products/components - Conduct product/solution demos when required - Create UML design models (class diagram, sequence diagram) adhering to design standards and guidelines - Conduct data modelling using ER diagrams - Understand and document product architecture - Expertise in Java, JEE, Hibernate, Springboot - Experience in Microservices & AWS - Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, JSF, Angular, Node - Understanding of coding standards and ability to conduct code reviews - Experience in Java test automation frameworks - Understand code quality matrices - Experience in application servers - Experience in using Oracle & PostgreSQL database servers Qualifications Required: - 5 to 15 years of experience - Proficient in Java, JEE, Hibernate, Springboot - Experience in Microservices & AWS - Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JSF, Angular, Node - Ability to conduct code reviews and understand code quality matrices - Experience in Java test automation frameworks - Hands-on experience with application servers - Familiarity with Oracle & PostgreSQL database servers,
