Job Description

Role Overview: As a developer, you will need to demonstrate creativity in crafting applications by choosing suitable technical options, enhancing application development, maintenance, and performance. Your responsibilities will include implementing design patterns, utilizing proven solutions, considering others" development tasks, and supporting the Project Manager in the project's daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application feature and component designs to ensure development aligns with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate the progress of product component and feature development - Validate outcomes with user representatives and integrate the overall solution - Choose and develop appropriate technical options, including reusing, enhancing, or reconfiguring existing components for new scenarios - Enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality - Enhance customer satisfaction and boost employee engagement within project teams - Establish FAST goals for yourself and the team, and provide feedback on team members" FAST goals Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience as a Hands-On Scala/Spark developer - Proficient in hands-on SQL writing on RDBMS (DB2) databases - Capable of optimizing code for performance, scalability, and configurability - Minimum 2 years of experience in an HDFS platform development project - Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data lineage - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience in Agile project environments (Note: Company Details section omitted as it was not provided in the Job Description),
