As a Power Curve Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing applications by selecting technical solutions, reusing components, and enhancing efficiency. Your role will involve supporting day-to-day project execution to ensure successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include coding, testing, debugging, and documenting product features in accordance with specifications. You will be tasked with selecting appropriate technical solutions to improve cost, efficiency, and quality. Collaboration with the Project Manager on project execution and team coordination will be essential, along with effective communication with customers for requirement clarification and design finalization. Additionally, you will create and review design documents, coding standards, and test cases, as well as review unit tests, scenarios, and execution to maintain quality throughout testing phases. In the event of defects, you will be responsible for performing root cause analysis and mitigation. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in software design, coding, DBMS, SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), IDE, RAD tools, PowerCurve, and Postman. Leadership skills are also crucial, as you will need to set and review FAST goals for the team, mentor members, and ensure continuous upskilling and engagement. Effective communication is key, as you will be required to present technical solutions to customers, conduct product demos, and manage customer relationships. Your success will be measured by your ability to adhere to coding standards and project timelines, minimize defects, deliver high-quality results, achieve customer satisfaction, and foster team engagement.
