Job Description

Role Overview: You will act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing application development, maintenance, and performance. You will be responsible for interpreting application feature and component designs, coding, debugging, testing, and documenting product component and feature development stages. Your role will involve validating results with user representatives, integrating and commissioning the overall solution, and selecting and creating appropriate technical options for development. Additionally, you will influence and improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement within project teams, and set FAST goals for self/team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot - Build and consume RESTful APIs for data export triggers and configurations - Work with PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases to support dynamic data models - Implement data transformation logic using Groovy scripts - Support scheduling and on-demand export workflows - Collaborate with DevOps for deployment and monitoring in AWS environments Qualification Required: - Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs - Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) - Familiarity with AWS services and Docker - Understanding of Groovy scripting and data transformation - Exposure to batch processing and secure data handling Additional Details: The company emphasizes the importance of setting FAST goals for self/team, providing feedback on FAST goals of team members, and ensuring team members are upskilled and engaged in the project. It is essential to maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics within the team and interface effectively with customers, other teams, and designers.
