Job Description

Role Overview: You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules. Your responsibilities will include managing annual compensation cycles, supporting benefits enrollment cycles, configuring and maintaining Compensation & Benefits business processes, providing end-user support and training, designing new compensation structures or benefit programs, performing data analysis and reporting, participating in Workday enhancement projects, and monitoring system performance for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the SME for Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules. - Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants within Workday. - Support benefits enrollment cycles, including Open Enrollment, life event changes, and ACA compliance. - Configure and maintain Compensation & Benefits business processes, eligibility rules, and calculation formulas. - Provide end-user support and training for HR staff and managers on Compensation & Benefits functions in Workday. - Partner with HR leadership to design and implement new compensation structures or benefit programs. - Perform data analysis, reporting, and audits to ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits data. - Participate in Workday enhancement projects, upgrades, and testing. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualification Required: - Btech or Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in HRIS or HCM systems, with hands-on experience in Workday Compensation and Benefits. - Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance related to compensation and benefits. - Experience managing compensation cycles and benefits enrollment processes within Workday. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with Workday Pro Certification in Compensation and/or Benefits, experience with Advanced Compensation (e.g., Stock Plans, Bonus Plans), familiarity with EIBs, Workday Reports (custom, calculated fields), and basic security setup, and experience working in a global or multi-entity organization. Skills required include Workday Functional, Workday core HCM, and Workday Compensation & Benefits.,
