Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing HR business processes, particularly in the areas of Talent Management, such as goal setting, reviews, and succession planning. Your role will involve utilizing Workday reporting tools like Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate your ability to lead cross-functional projects and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to use, as you analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. It would be advantageous if you have experience in global Workday deployments across multiple geographies and are familiar with compliance standards like SOX, HIPAA, and other data privacy regulations. Previous exposure to agile environments and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow would also be beneficial. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative HR technology solutions that contribute to business transformation.
