Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, React JS, SQL Server, and AI-driven software development practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. Experience in legacy-to-modernization initiatives will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews.
Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.

Application Development

Design and develop scalable applications using:
- C#
- ASP.NET Core / .NET Core
- REST APIs
- Microservices Architecture
Develop responsive web applications using:
- React JS
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
Build integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and cloud services.

Architecture & Design

Design cloud-native and distributed applications.
Implement:
- Microservices Architecture
- API-First Design
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.

Database Development

Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
Develop and maintain:
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Functions
Perform database performance tuning and optimization.

AI-Driven Development

Utilize AI-powered development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- AI-based testing and code review tools
Drive AI-assisted coding, test automation, and documentation generation.
Evaluate GenAI capabilities and identify practical SDLC use cases.

DevOps & Quality Engineering

Support CI/CD implementation and release automation.
Ensure automated testing and code quality checks.
Participate in production support and release planning.
Improve application monitoring, logging, and observability.
