Position Title : MS . Net Senior Full Stack Developer Hiring Location : Pune Must-Have Skills : . NET 8 & . NET Core C# React & Redux Rest APIs & Microservices SQL Server JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript CSS, Material UI, Next. js CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Cloud development (Azure) Docker & Kubernetes Git Proficiency with SOLID Principles & Design Patterns Experience with Authentication & Security protocols (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD) Good-to-Have Skills : Frontend development experience using React, Redux, JavaScript libraries, HTML5, and CSS3. Azure PaaS Services (e. g. , Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management). Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Redis caching solutions . Experience with containerization for deploying microservices. Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and its deployment. Experience in Agile methodologies and participating in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Experience Range : Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development. Position Purpose : As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using a mix of current technologies such as . NET 8, Microservices, React, and Redux. You will work closely with team leads to build core systems that support products, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities : Full Stack Development : Design and implement scalable applications using . NET8, C#, React, Redux, and Microservices. Microservices Architecture : Develop and deploy microservices ensuring modularity, scalability, and fault tolerance. Frontend Development : Create responsive, user-friendly web applications using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Backend Development : Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, services, and backend logic using . NET technologies. Database Design & Integration : Work with SQL Server to design and optimize database schemas ensuring data integrity. Cloud Development : Build and deploy applications on Azure and utilize cloud-native tools for CI/CD. Testing & Quality Assurance : Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaboration & Mentorship : Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers) and mentor junior developers. Optimization & Troubleshooting : Continuously monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and security. Agile Methodologies : Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Qualifications : Education : MS/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Skills/Abilities : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems with simple solutions. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to team success.
