Job Description

As a Senior Mainframe Engineer specializing in M204 Migration Projects, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful execution and timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in Mainframe Technologies, particularly DB2, M204, and COBOL, will be instrumental in providing expert-level guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and uphold coding standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include leading and contributing to M204 Migration Projects, acting as a subject matter expert for Mainframe and M204, and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Your strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively guide team members will be crucial in driving project success. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience in M204 Migration Projects and a deep understanding of the migration process. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments would be advantageous. Your proficiency in Mainframe Technologies, M204 Migration, and Agile Development will be essential in fulfilling the requirements of this role.
