As a Lead I Enterprise Solutions (SFDC Senior Developer), you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will lead and drive the development of Salesforce solutions, utilizing your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies. Your role will involve hands-on coding, customization of Salesforce objects, and collaboration with onsite teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning components using Aura and LWC. - Design and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, approval processes, reports, and dashboards. - Coordinate with onsite teams for knowledge transition and requirement understanding. - Write unit tests to ensure code coverage meets Salesforce best practices. - Manage Salesforce deployments and troubleshoot deployment errors using CI/CD tools. - Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices during development and deployment. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies. - Proficiency in Salesforce coding technologies and JavaScript frameworks relevant to Salesforce. - Experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and report/dashboard creation. - Practical knowledge of Force.com platform development including Apex coding best practices, integration with web services, and working with Platform Events. - Experience with CI/CD tools for production deployment. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database development is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with onsite teams and stakeholders. - Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I and App Builder are required. - Additional certifications like Platform Developer II, MuleSoft integration, and Einstein Analytics are desirable. In addition to the technical skills mentioned above, you will be expected to work full-time in person at one of the following locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, or Thiruvananthapuram.,
