Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Salesforce components and applications to meet business requirements. You will work on integrating Salesforce with external systems to ensure secure and efficient data exchange. Collaboration with stakeholders such as business analysts and functional leads is crucial to understand and deliver business objectives effectively. Upholding best practices in coding, testing, and documentation will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting system deployment, configuration, and maintenance efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and customize Salesforce components and applications in line with business requirements - Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure secure and efficient data exchange - Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts and functional leads to understand and deliver business objectives - Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and documentation - Support system deployment, configuration, and maintenance efforts Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on development experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components - Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts - Strong understanding and practical experience with SOQL/SOSL - Expertise in Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and secure data handling practices - Domain knowledge and project experience in Sales Cloud - Experience in solution design, component customization, and implementation based on business requirements - Ability to follow and enforce Salesforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and deliver high-quality code - Involvement in deployment and release management activities Additional Details: The company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with at least 5-8 years of experience. The hiring locations include Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, Kochi, and Trivandrum. Good-to-have skills include familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds, experience with version control tools like Git, understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or App Builder.,
