Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior AI/ML Engineer specializing in Python/AI-ML at UST, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models using Python. Your expertise in Keras and Pandas will be essential in building cutting-edge AI solutions. Additionally, you will work with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3 and Transformers, while also managing data pipelines using Kafka and big data technologies. Your role will involve Time Series modeling, cloud platform deployment, and building reusable ML components for scalable systems. Strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop AI/ML models using Python with a focus on Keras and Pandas - Implement Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3 and Transformers - Build and manage data pipelines using Kafka and big data technologies - Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment, scalability, and performance optimization - Work with Aurora DB and ELK stack for data management - Create reusable ML components for scalable systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI - Proficiency in Python (4+ years), Keras (4+ years), Pandas (4+ years), and FastAPI - Experience with Time Series Forecasting and Predictive Modelling - Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and optimization - Familiarity with Aurora DB and ELK stack - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Additional Details: The company also values exposure to GANs and other Generative AI frameworks, experience with synthetic data generation techniques, understanding of ML model compliance and performance benchmarking, background in mentoring junior developers or technical leadership, and familiarity with model observability and monitoring tools. Additionally, knowledge of advanced ML models such as LangChain, GPT-3, GANs, Transformers (BERT, T5), and analytical models like Time Series Forecasting is highly desirable. Databases experience with ChromaDB/Pinecone is also preferred.,
