Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and nurture leads through effective communication. - Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. - Create captivating and relevant content for social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement social media campaigns and promotions. - Analyze social media data to optimize content performance and identify trends for better engagement. - Manage responses to inquiries and comments across social media platforms promptly and professionally. Qualifications and Skills: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and scheduling tools. - Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and multitasking. - Creative mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with social media trends. - Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a significant advantage. - Graphic design or video editing skills would be a plus. Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
