As a Full Stack Lead Developer at our healthtech startup, you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and scaling our web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor a team of 6-8 developers while actively engaging in coding, code reviews, team guidance, and strategic technical decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop end-to-end web applications using modern full-stack technologies. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the entire technology stack. - Conduct thorough code reviews and establish coding standards for the team. - Make critical architectural decisions and technology choices. - Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for our products. **Team Management & Mentorship:** - Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 6-8 developers. - Foster a collaborative and learning-focused team environment. - Motivate team members and help them grow their technical skills. - Conduct technical interviews and participate in hiring decisions. - Coordinate project timelines and ensure delivery against strict deadlines. **Product Development:** - Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Build products from concept to deployment with attention to performance and user experience. - Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions. - Ensure applications are optimized for scalability and maintainability. **Required Qualifications:** - 6+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong expertise in full-stack technologies including: - Frontend: React (preferred), Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript. - Backend: Node.js, Python (preferred), FastAPI. - Database design and management. - API development and integration. - Proven experience building complete web applications end-to-end. - Previous experience leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - Excellent coding skills with attention to code quality and best practices. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward. - Passion for technology and continuous learning.
