Lead Full Stack Engineer - MERN Stack

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software solutions utilizing MERN technologies and Python backend frameworks. Your primary focus will be on creating web applications and microservices with a strong emphasis on performance and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack in conjunction with Python backend microservices. You will be tasked with building robust APIs utilizing Python frameworks like FastAPI and Flask, incorporating advanced programming techniques to ensure optimal performance. In addition to your technical duties, you will play a crucial role in leading architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems. Collaboration with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews will also be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will be involved in database management and optimization using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated integration and deployment processes. Your expertise with the MERN stack, Python backend development, asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and AWS services will be essential in fulfilling the requirements of this role.
