Role Overview: As a Team Member or Lead in the role of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager with 8 to 15 years of experience at Tata Electronics within the Projects and Facilities Department in Hosur, your primary duties will involve the conceptualization, engineering design, analysis, specifications, calculations, and documentation of mechanical hardware and systems utilized in semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with Design or Project Management teams on extensive designs and projects, oversee construction administration and site observations, and conduct daily systems operation and data analysis. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and managing utilities distribution, including power, steam, natural gas, water, compressed gases, instrumentation, and control systems. Performing routine system preventative maintenance and troubleshooting will also be part of your regular responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, analyze, specify, calculate, and document mechanical hardware and systems used in semiconductor manufacturing processes - Collaborate with Design or Project Management teams on design projects - Oversee construction administration, site observations, and daily systems operation and data analysis - Monitor and manage utilities distribution including power, steam, natural gas, water, compressed gases, instrumentation, and control systems - Perform routine system preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC/R Engineering, or a related technical field - Minimum of 10 years of work experience in mechanical systems operations, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry - Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and building codes such as ASHRAE, IBC, IECC, IMC, and IPC - Familiarity with AutoCAD, heat transfer, thermal management, fluid dynamics design, and conventional manufacturing techniques related to heat and thermal processes - Flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Readiness for shift work and emergency overtime - Background in vibration analysis, air molecules, and chemical analysis is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment Note: Additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.,
