Lead Engineer - Java/AWS - Product development

Role Overview: You will be a part of the IOT Product portfolio and contribute towards Digital Transformational initiatives. Your responsibilities will include preparing design documents in collaboration with product managers and engineering squads for developing use cases for new features. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise as a hands-on product lead developer to design solutions that run on hybrid cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a Software Lead in application development using Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and other latest technologies on AWS environments. - Drive Engineering activities in Microservices and Cloud-based Architecture, leveraging DevOps efficiencies and adopting new technology stack in AWS. - Lead a team of engineers, providing technical assistance and balancing time on development projects including Technical Design, Code Reviews, Mentoring, and training. - Break down requirements and establish traceability in design and implementation details. Collaborate with developers to define unit & automated tests and monitor development milestones. - Collaborate with the scrum team to identify functional, system, and end-to-end integration of products leading to deployment. - Understand the end-to-end flow in product development, prepare design documents, and present them to the Engineering and Product Leadership team. - Possess full stack product development experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, NodeJS would be advantageous. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in designing solutions for hybrid cloud environments. - Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and other latest technologies. - Familiarity with AWS environments and experience in driving Engineering activities in Microservices and Cloud-based Architecture. - Ability to lead a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and balance time effectively on development projects. - Experience in full stack product development with AngularJS, JavaScript, NodeJS would be beneficial.,
