Lead Embedded Engineer- CCTV Firmware

Role Overview: As a Lead Embedded Engineer working on secure IP camera firmware, you will be responsible for developing a next-gen, STQC-compliant IP CCTV camera using the Augentix HC1705K SDK. Your primary focus will be leading the firmware architecture from bootloader to real-time video streaming. You will collaborate with hardware and AI teams and guide junior engineers to ensure the successful implementation of the project. Key Responsibilities: - Architect secure embedded firmware on Linux using uClibc, MPP, and BusyBox - Lead the video pipeline including sensor, ISP, encoder, and RTSP - Implement ONVIF (Profile S/G/T), discovery, PTZ, and event configuration - Integrate secure boot, OTA firmware updates, and rollback prevention - Work with TPM/TEE, debug lockdown (UART, JTAG, SWD), and STQC requirements - Collaborate with hardware & AI teams, and guide junior engineers Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in embedded Linux - 2+ years of experience with SoC SDKs such as Augentix, Realtek, Ingenic, Qualcomm, HiSilicon, etc. - Proficiency in C/C++, SoC SDKs (Augentix, HiSilicon, etc.) - Experience with RTSP/ONVIF, gSOAP, and testOnDemandRTSPServer - Familiarity with build systems like Makefile, menuconfig, and cross-compilation - Knowledge of secure boot, cryptography, TEE, TPM - Understanding of interfaces such as MIPI CSI, I2C, UART, GPIO Additional Company Details: Joining this team will provide you with the opportunity to take ownership of a product that impacts national-scale surveillance.
