Lead Dotnet Core Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining Kogta Financial Ltd as a Lead .NET Core Developer, where your primary responsibility will include designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Microsoft's .NET Core framework. Your expertise in SQL and proficiency in various technologies like OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services such as Lambda and Event Bridge will be crucial for the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET Core applications. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for software solutions. - Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems based on business requirements. - Implement best practices for code architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. - Hands-on development using .NET Core, SQL for optimizing database schemas, and working with data storage technologies like OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB. - Utilize AWS services, including Lambda and Event Bridge, for developing serverless applications. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, stakeholders, and communicate effectively with team members for project progress. - Participate in code reviews, demonstrate proficiency in AWS services, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with other teams for system functionality improvements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Lead .NET Core Developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL, software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Experience with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services like Lambda and Event Bridge. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills. - Certification in AWS or relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer). - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.,
