Job Description

As a Technical Product Support Engineer at Temenos, you will be a part of the Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team, providing expert-level support to clients using Temenos products. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for Mobile Applications built using Kony Fabric and Kony Mobile application development platform - Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other delivery teams to resolve and manage customer issues and escalations - Understanding the details in logged tickets, validating the completeness of information provided, and collecting further information from clients when required - Documenting comprehensive details for identified bugs, including product analysis of defects, root causes, and possible resolutions - Educating clients with necessary information and procedures on how to handle non-defect scenarios - Acting as the technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades and providing guidance and support to client IT teams - Developing/enhancing tools to reduce analysis time and enhance customer experience - Being available for onsite analysis of tickets at client places during milestone periods like Go Live, branches, and upgrades - Building expertise through training programs on the specific product applications Qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Software development and Product/Application support - Experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS, and Webservers - Excellent programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Background in Mobile or Web development with experience in native mobile OS like iOS, Android, or Windows preferred - Ability to deliver 24 X 7 support to the global customer base At Temenos, our values include Care, Commit, Collaborate, and Challenge.
