Lead Data Engineer - Product Development

Role Overview: As an Experienced Manager - Data Engineering at BDO RISE, you will be responsible for managing and developing tax data pipelines, supporting BDO's Tax Data Warehouse and Data Lake, as well as delivering business intelligence solutions. Your role will involve leading data engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with analytics teams to create and implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering solutions and major features - Design, develop, and maintain data products, pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes - Provide support for Power BI and enterprise applications related to tax practice - Mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on various projects Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Accounting is preferred - Possess 10+ years of experience in SQL, Python, data warehousing, and data modeling - Experience with Power BI, Azure Data Services, and cloud analytics is preferred - Background in consulting and experience with tax/accounting data is preferred - Holding a Microsoft Azure Data Engineer certification is preferred - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required Apply now to join BDO RISE and contribute to making an impact in the field of Data Engineering!,
