Lead Data Engineer - BI

You will be leading the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies to provide actionable insights. Your role will involve designing and building BI reporting solutions for the enterprise, utilizing the latest tools and technologies. As the Lead Data Engineer at FC Global Services India LLP, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on designing, building, and maintaining data platform and BI solutions for the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting critical business functions such as Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk steering, and Customer 360 through the enterprise data warehouse. Key responsibilities will include establishing enterprise-scale data solutions aligned with strategic business goals, designing clear and effective dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau, and managing deliverables of developers. You will also play a significant role in driving automation, optimizing processes, and recommending improvements to enhance data flows and efficiency. Collaboration with Product Owners, global technology teams across different time zones, and providing technical support for production incidents will be essential aspects of your role. Your technical skills in data visualization tools, Business Intelligence concepts, cloud-based data platforms, SQL proficiency, data architecture, and modeling practices will be key in delivering timely business value.
